14th Career Days held at SAU

14th Career Days organized by Sakarya University Human Resources and Career Society was held at SAU Culture and Congress Centre. 

Bank Asya Human Resources Director Sinan Önol, Avivasa HR Department Manager Berna Belkıs and Karaca HR Assistant Specialist Seyidenur Özbakır attended the conference as speakers.

Bank Asya Human Resources Director Sinan Önol gave information about staff recruitment. Önal said “We prefer individuals who develop themselves during university education and pursue their profession.”

Avivasa HR Department Manager Berna Belkıs gave information about insurance industry and staff in the sector. Belkıs stated there are 18 companies and 18.000 employees in industry sector in Turkey. She stated that they preferred new graduates and they train their staff with some trainings.

Karaca HR Assistant Specialist Seyidenur Özbakır presented information for human resources processes in the firm she works for. She said “A successful personnel is educated personnel for us.”
