SAU is ranked among the top five universities

Sakarya University has been ranked among the top five universities for outgoing exchange student program.

According to the 2012 statistics of National Agency, Sakarya University has been listed among the top five universities which sent out most students through Erasmus Program.

Anadolu University has been ranked 1^st sending 573 students, followed by Ankara University sending 496 students and Ege University sending 482 students. Sakarya University takes 4^th place sending 434 students and followed by İstanbul Technical University sending 430 students.

Germany is also the most preferred destination with 8,730 incoming students from Turkey. It is followed by Poland with 5,053 incoming students, Italy with 3,860 students and then the Netherlands with 2, 798 students.
