SAU Moves Up In The Rankings

Sakarya University ranked among top 15 universities in Turkey in the Webometrics Ranking

SAU has moved 4 places and taken 14th place in the list of Turkish Universities of “Webometrics Ranking of World Universities” announced by “Cybermetrics Lab” which is associated with Spanish research institution “Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC)”.

According to the February 2013 edition of “Webometrics Ranking of World Universities”, Sakarya University has ascended 178 places. Sakarya University has achieved great success compared to the ranking in July 2012.

In this research, in which approximately 22.000 world universities were evaluated, Sakarya University takes the 1094^th place in the world ranking. SAU has also ascended from 18 to 14 in Turkey list. The university is ranked 374^th in European Universities ranking.

SAU takes fourth place in Alexa

According to the list released by Alexa, USA centered institution which makes popularity list of internet use of websites, Sakarya University has moved 2 places and taken 4^th place among other Turkish Universities. Website of Sakarya University, www.sakarya.edu.tr, is ranked 693^rd among all websites in Turkey.
