SAU goes up in the rankings

Sakarya University continues to climb up in the Webometrics February 2013 edition.

According to the February 2013 edition of “Webometrics Ranking of World Universities”, Sakarya University has ascended 178 places. Sakarya University has achieved great success compared to the ranking in July 2012.

SAU is ranked among the rising universities in “Webometrics Ranking of World Universities” announced by “Cybermetrics Lab” which is associated with Spanish research institution “Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC)”.

In this research, in which approximately 20.000 world universities were evaluated, Sakarya University takes the 1125^th place in the world ranking. SAU has also ascended from 25 to 18 in Turkey list. The university ranked 1659^th in world ranking and 32^nd in country ranking in 2011.
